I've started C25K, but I'm doing it at my own pace. I have bad knees, and am approx 230lbs, so I also didn't want to hurt myself. So I started walking 2 mins, running 30 secs, etc for only 15 mins. Some days I'm at walk for 1 min, run for 1 min, but other days I have to take it really slow. I figure, better to do it my own…

I love the idea, but I'm an insanely picky eater and am working with very little time in the mornings. Any chance you'd consider an exercise challenge instead? Plus, the challenge you put on my wall to diligently track in my diary?

I agree...no eliminations! I was worried ever since I weighed in that i'd have to leave the group...not fun! Let's just crown the biggest % of weight loss the biggest loser at the end, and support each other on the way there!

Thanks all! I do have quite a few calories left for the day so i'll do the best I can in fat and only worry about the calories :) I'm at a hotel and when I went to take 2 strips of bacon from the breakfast buffet, they all stuck together and I ended up with 5. Didn't think it was TOO bad, and couldn't exactly put it back…

What about 50+ squats per day and try to keep all of your food numbers (not just calories!) in the green for the whole week?

I'd also prefer a couch to 5K/some kind of specific fitness goal kind of challenge. Or even something as generic as beat last month's exercise minutes by 250 mins... I'm doing my own extras, but can't figure out what most of the exercises mentioned ARE, so am a bit demotivated that way :(

wohoo! Down 4.6 since last Monday! I completely skipped over the official challenge since there was so much confusion this week (oops), but made it a point to do more than just my regular 30DS every day. Next week my goal is to follow whatever challenge we decide on and hopefully can have another great week!
