I so totally so! I have one rest day a week. And I always feel like if I eat more than my cals, its going to turn out bad. I am still moving around and doing things, just not killing it at the gym. So i purposefully try not to snack. And then dinner for the rest nights is so small like a can of tune and fresh spinach

I get up in the morning, go potty and then I weigh in. But I always weigh at the same time every time I weigh in.

Well i weigh myself for ****s and giggles every few days, but only look at the numbers really look I mean once a week. First thing in the morning. With as little on as I can.

i have 162pounds left to lose. and no matter what i have done the only thing that worked so far is exercise and watching what I eat.

MFP tells me 1700, this says 2251. Hmmmm that is a big difference, But I have had success thus far in what I am doing so i am going to keep it up

that is what I thought too. And seeing as I have lost almost 8 pounds in 2 weeks, I would think Im doing something right.

and that is 1200 calories net too, right? That is what I thought. But she sees me needing to lose 170 pounds from the start and Im guessing she is not doing calories for a person of my size.
