I'm wondering
Often times when making dishes, I make a sauce it cooks in. I figure the calories using the tool on here, but what I am wondering is how do I figure the calories I actually consume since I dont eat all the sauce or marinade. Anyone have any idea?

I know this sounds like an idiotic question, but I just got a myofit tape measure and I am trying to do the weigh and measure in thing here. Now the neck is prett simple, as is the waist. My question though is where exactly do I measure for my hips?

certain this has been asked before
So does anyone eat their exercise calories? Or do you just let them be? Im lost as to what I should do. MFP recommends 1700 calories for me in a day. I usually only eat about 1200 (or less really) and usually have at least 500 exercise calories everyday. So my question is, Am I supposed to eat my exercise calories or not?
