I have never noticed that any of the folks that I work out with regularly are cheating, but my coach did tell us that one of the kids who attends was cheating. He did not name names, but I know that he addressed it with him personally. As others have said, they are only cheating themselves and will eventually be found out.…

You're right. It doesn't imply any judgement...it screams it from the rooftops! It is the height of judgement to assume that lower bodyfat that results in visible abs is a strictly male phenomenon.

I liked this one, too! I can do some regular (non hand release) pushups, but I'm not nearly strong enough yet to get myself straight up off the floor doing HRPUs on my toes.
