15 pages to get the first mention of Nazi Germany? You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

The gifs are awesome, but this is the one that had my coworkers asking if I was okay! HILARIOUS!!!!!!

I think it is important to note that those kinds of responses didn't start until OP decided she didn't like what she was hearing and came back with "Well, what about 5 lbs in a week?" Again, disagreeing and offering sage advice =/= negativity.

I was also selected for the lottery!! I've been training for the Cherry Blossom 10-miler in DC (was thrilled to be selected in that lottery, too!) and I'm glad to have another race on my calendar to keep my training going. I have a tendency to be a VERY lazy runner! lol!

Both of these!! Been here for nearly 3 years and hope to eventually get to a place where I don't have to log every day, but I do plan to stick around long after I reach my goals in order to stay accountable.

Like others who have commented, I just took a look at your pics and... You, my dear, have a smokin' bod and you should not let anybody - especially YOU - tell you any different!!!

It definitely gets better...just give it time!

I second the cottage cheese!! LOVE it on my bakers!!

So far, just the Philadelphia Rock 'n' Roll half marathon. Will likely add some 5Ks, a 5 miler, and a 10K to the calendar as well.

Good news!!! Now that you have these numbers, you have all that you need to be successful!!! If you eat somewhere between your BMR (the number of calories you need to maintain your weight if you were in a coma - which you found is 1681) and your TDEE (the number of calories you need to maintain your weight given all of…

Running my first half this coming Saturday then have a 5K at the end of October. Will likely do a Turkey Trot 5-miler and perhaps a NYE 5K.

Must. Not. Cry. At. Work. OP, thanks so much for sharing this!! It's nice to be reminded from time to time that the petty crap I am dealing with is temporary and that things really could be so much worse.

Up to 182.8 this morning. I ate like there was no tomorrow over the weekend, but certainly not 3lbs worth. I'm chalking some of this up to the fact that I have really bumped up the workouts the last few weeks. Hoping to stay more on track food-wise this week (gonna be tough with an out of town wedding this weekend, for…

Found the below on dictionary.com regarding "nauseous": The kind of mis-use that you're speaking of is, very often, not as recent a phenomenon as some would believe. In this particular instance, the "incorrect" use of nauseous has been used since the 1600's. To me, that's more than enough time to consider it to be correct…

Ugh...another week of good eating followed by a weekend of crap. I really need to stop doing this to myself. I'm up nearly 3lbs on the scale. This week won't be much better...the BF and I are headed to central NY on Thursday for his best friend's wedding. Jared is the best man, so we have rehearsal dinner on Thursday…

Convinced the BF that this week should, in fact, remain Week 2 of half marathon training!!! Also convinced him that today is a rest day. Yay!! Bootcamp class in the morning tomorrow, 5K mud run on Sunday! Keep up the great work through the weekend, ladies!!

Woot!! Well done, Rach!!

This week is "Half Marathon Training Week One: Reboot Boogaloo"! At the BF's request, we are calling this week the first week of half marathon training. It makes sense since the training progam is 12 weeks with the race coming at the end of the final week so starting this week lines up perfectly with our race...BUT I…
