Mwah ha ha!! I want to do this soooo bad!!
-
I lost 5lbs doing the shred and sticking to calorie goal! I started it at 150lbs so was at a stage where the weight wasn't dropping off as easily and 30DS definitely helped!
-
I personally don't think so, so I just drink when I'm thirsty!
-
I'm the same height and trying to get to 120lbs ish! Currently 128lbs! Add me if you like!

Any length of time is better than nothing! With the more time that passes, your endurance will increase and you will be able to push yourself longer and longer! I used to do 15-20 minutes of working out a few times a day and now can do a couple hours at a time!

I would definitely recommend Zumba and 30DS - I did Zumba dvd's at home and then moved onto 30DS after and did not find them too difficult even though I was completely out of shape after having my baby and hip problems (from pregnancy).

Add me if you want!

You are legally a midget if you are under 5ft, and (like my husband) you are legally a giant if you are 6ft 4" or above!! On to the subject though, I can't believe people can get so funny about being deleted! I go on deleting sprees if I see people haven't logged in for a while, don't think I've been deleted... yet!!!

The Banish fat dvd is amazing! I sweat so much it's unreal! It definitely helps me burn calories!!
-
Hope you find him soon, good luck x

Boxing is good cardio when you have sore legs, either using a punch bag or just squatting and punching the air!
-
You blokes annoy me with your 15lb losses in a month! :grumble: But seriously, good going! You've done ever so well in such a healthy way! Keep it up!!

I've heard people say stuff about me when running, but then I remember that no matter far/fast/slow I run, I'm still lapping all those losers on the sofa!!
-
Yeah I started with that one and it is amazing! Really good if you're not used to exercising and I found it built my strength up really fast (i.e. could hardly do any of it on day 1, found it too easy on day 30!!). I have since done her Ripped in 30 and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and find them all very good and massive…

I have a knee injury and although I can run now, before I got used to it I couldn't get very far! I find circuit training style DVD's are very good as it's lots of different moves so you don't get the knee pain from doing the same movement over and over!
-
Jealous! Me wants to look like you!
-
No such thing as a minor NSV! Well done!
-
I'm no nutrition expert but you diary looks pretty good to me and the 30 Day Shred is great in my opinion! When you don't have a lot to lose, it is good to do it slowly and by the looks of things, you are on the right track! Good luck!

I've got around 10lbs-ish to lose and have recently upped my calories to 1400 (set to lose .5lbs a week) and am eating some of my exercise calories back - only been doing it for a week and still lost a pound on last weigh in - the upside is I have lots more energy and am finding exercise much easier!
-
I love people pointing out how much weight I have lost! I know I wasn't a monster before, but I was fat and of course I look better not fat! Compliments like this always spur me on to work harder so I can keep getting them  So take them as what they are, well meant compliments!

You could try exercise DVD's that include strength and cardio intervals? All the Jillian Micheals DVD's I have done are set up in a circuit training type way with a great variety of cardio moves that you only do for 30 seconds to a minute at a time before you change to the next move!

Can't see the good bottom, but can guess there is a big difference!! ETA: Checked the url, that is one fantastic *kitten*!!!

I wouldn't say it was cruel

Read this on facebook yesterday and laughed so much!! I really hope it's a true story!!
-
Bump! I need some ideas too!
-
I'm the same, whenever I tell my husband I left our baby somewhere, I always laugh before he has chance to believe me!
-
Hee hee! Makes me think of...

A good week looks like this: Every day: 2-4 mile run with dogs (occasionally longer on a weekend!) Monday to Friday: 1 hour hike with dogs carrying baby in sling thing Monday to Friday: 30 minutes to an hour exercise dvds (circuit training style) Good work to all those who work out a ton!!
