Ah well done! That's really good! My husband recently realised he now weighs the equivalent of 2 of me and has started exercising again!!! :noway:

I was just gonna say eat as much protein as possible! And Body Combat is a great fat burner in my opinion, so keep it up! So much fun too! Good luck! Hope you get your bikini bod in time!!

My copy arrived in the post today, so not started to read yet! I have been lifting heavy weights when I visit the gym and using my husbands free weights at home for a while now (don't pay attention to the weight I'm lifting, just lifting what is a challenge) and have literally shrunk all over, especially my arms, which was…

Punches are good! Standing in one spot and shadow boxing or having someone hold pads for you to punch makes me sweat something chronic! Also swimming is great if you have lower limb pain!

My lovely fur babies...

Love this work out, but it's really tough so need to be in the right frame of mind to do it!!

You may not get the exact same burn as continuos exercise, but little bits throughout the day is better than none at all! And you will soon build up your endurance if you keep at it and will be able to exercise for 30 minutes and more in no time!

I interpret it as your body being firmer and the only way to do this is to lose fat, so your muscle is nearer to your skin (i.e. not covered in a layer of jiggly fat) - others may disagree, but that's how I see it!

Hi! I'm 5ft 4" and currently 122lbs, looking to get to 115lbs - I would also love to have more friends with similar body types, or anyone who's already under 115lbs so I can see how it's done! Anyone can feel free to add me!

I do the same with my baby, do you think I should stop giving him extra food after a work out?

My dogs eat the same amount all the time, but on days when I don't run, they have off the lead walks in the woods and probably use a lot more energy running around and playing with each other then they do when we go for a dog jog!!! Their bowls are rarely completely empty though, but I would certainly give them extra if…

I have continued to lose weight after upping my calories gradually! I now eat around maintenance and still lose!
-
I say don't dump MFP either! I wish I had found it before I got pregnant in 2010 - I gained so much weight in the first 4 months it caused severe SPD and my baby ended up being born premature. I agree that you should use it for logging your calories and exercise just so you can keep an eye on what you're doing - I worked…

I was also told stitches were caused by too little air entering the lungs, caused by shallow breathing - when I feel one coming on, I take long deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth and it stops it every time!

Flipping photobucket is rubbish!! Never mind! Thanks for your comments! I'm 5foot 4inches so a bit on the short side!!
-
Oh no the pics are massive - anyone know how to resize???

Wow, you can really see a difference! And the new dress is gorgeous!xx

Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

High impact would involve more jumping/leaving the ground! Aerobics covers a wide range of exercise, so usually if I've been bouncing up and down the whole time, I put it as high impact!

Prunes people, prunes!!!

I started a topic and only one person replied... that was quite embarrassing!

These apps are fab! Can't wait to get an iphone in a few months so I can use run keeper for my runs! I was guesstimating how fast I ran judging on how long it took me to run a certain route - got on a treadmill at the gym the other day and I run soooo much faster than I thought I did! I defo need one of these apps in my…

Why don't you try a head/face collar? It removes the dogs ability to pull as you have control of their head - if they try to pull it turns their head to the side so they can't!
-
I thought you were Olivia Williams!!!

Is the control collar what we call a head collar or halti over here? I used to have my bigger dog wear one when running but he actually runs better without it! He still has to wear it when we're just walking with the push chair! Mine are also (now) good at leaving people and other dogs on command, but it took a while for…

Try Ripped in 30, it's less than 30 minutes and very similar to the Shred but there are 4 levels!
-
I also use Circuit Training to log it!
-
So good what you've done so far and you have set yourself a god goal! Well done! I'm hoping to be able to do the same soon!
-
Yup! I will always eat what tastes good! I'm an 'eat anything in moderation' kinda gal!

Good post! Very good to read of peoples success with maintaining! My biggest fear is putting the weight back on again, so inspiring posts like this are appreciated!
