How to log 30DS?

Hello All

I am scheduled to get my 30 Day Shred in the mail today (Whoop Whoop :happy: :happy: ). I have already created a tracker for myself with starting measurements and a journal checkoff for each day done with the goal of doing the 30 days straight. However, I do not have a good chest strap HRM and I am not sure how to log the workout using MFP exercise selections.

Suggestions????

Also, if anyone would be willing to tell me how many calories they normally burn in the 20 min (level 1 obviously), maybe I can also work with that. I am starting it weighting about 200lbs.

    I'm using circuit training to log it for now. I have a HRM coming so I can log more accurately in the future.

    I burn 160 and I weight 131, i log it as curcit training
  • I log it in as circuit training for 20 minutes.

    I also use Circuit Training to log it!

    My calorie counter says i burn about 200 and i weight 215.

    Thank you so much. I didn't even think about the Circuit Training option. Perfect. I am hoping to get a Polar HRM for my birthday next week (dropped a not so suddle hint to hubby).
