Maintenance and exercise :]

So today I made the decision to maintain.
I went from 128lbs to 123. I wanted to be at 120lbs. However, 123-120lbs is not a lot! 3 lbs is a very small difference.
So I decided to maintain my weight of 123lbs and start to tone up, build muscle. Also increase my fitness :)

Hopefully, by Graduation, End of June! I'll have some muscles to show my hard work :D

    So good what you've done so far and you have set yourself a god goal! Well done! I'm hoping to be able to do the same soon! :smile:

    I am maintaining as well, I thought my goal would be 135. Then you will be amazed once you start toning of how much your body will change, you might lose weight or gain weight but it will be just a number as long as you feel healthy and fit! Congrats
