It's the excuse you give yourself to stop then start over. I used to do it too. When you fall off the wagon pick up where you left off; it might be harder and you'll want to just go back to the beginning. Just keep going and after you pick up where you left off a few times it will be easier to stay on track.

I just started working with a nutritionist and she started me out on 1800 calories a day. 300 Breakfast, 200 morning snack, 400 lunch, 200 afternoon snack, 500 dinner. My morning snack is nuts with a little fruit so not very filling but gives lots of fuel in the afternoon I usually do greek yogurt with cottage cheese.

I'm 5'7" and 206 (yikes) right now. My ideal weight is 145; but I'm working out to be fit not just skinny. I was 160 before my daughter was born and wasn't toned this time I want to be be toned :)

I did measure myself the same day and nothing. But I weighed this morning and measured. I lost a pound and several inches! :)

I had a good week. Was consistent in logging and working out. Always at or under calorie goal. I weighed this morning and I gained a pound. I am trying not to be frustrated.
