  • Im sure it must be pretty accurate, 75mins is alot and swimming breast stroke is one of the best excersizes you can do as it works all your muscles - if your worried its too much, lower it to say 750 and see how you get on - if your loosing weight with how your already logging it though you must be doing something right!

  • Hiya- dont know what you weigh etc but fat can turn to muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I think that can be the only explanation. Try taking body measurements weekly it will show up in inchs lost. Xx

  • I think somedays even if you are feeling healthy you can be bloated from eating certain foods, dont let it discourage you as it means nothing on the scales - try to avoid bread/pasta for a couple of days as these two are killers for making you bloated. x
  • Hi, try sticking to your 1200 but really mix up your diet - also try to not mix carbs and protein in one meal I find that really helps.   • Chicken and chorizo jambalaya - 1 onion Garlic clove 2 chicken breasts Chorizo Stock Peas Brown rice Cook onion until soft, add chorizo, garlic and chicken and fry until chicken is sealed, add rice and then add stock to cover, cook through until rice is cooked and liquid absorbed then add peas and a sprinkle of paprika.   • Where do I start, yummy squash - I make it with tomato and spinach as a curry and its delicious and low fat Also you can cook them with skin on roasted as wedges/ chips etc as a healthy version rather than potato. I use squash like I would a potato basically, the posaibillities are endless. Xxx
