Chicken and chorizo jambalaya -
1 onion
Garlic clove
2 chicken breasts
Chorizo
Stock
Peas
Brown rice
Cook onion until soft, add chorizo, garlic and chicken and fry until chicken is sealed, add rice and then add stock to cover, cook through until rice is cooked and liquid absorbed then add peas and a sprinkle of paprika.
