Or you could do a teriyaki salmon with with spiced greens? you could use pak choi, seaweed any other leafy greens, wilt them in a frying pan with some chili, lime and garlic - yum!!! x

Also if your not going over your calories in the day who cares what time you eat? Not everybody has 9 – 5 jobs and I think we can safely say that all shift workers are not fat!!!

If you don't want to eat breakfast then don't! i very rarely eat breakfast either - i log a banana as my breakfast which i usually eat around 11am! i think you just have to do what works for you and if that means not eating breakfast because you want to save some calories for an evening (healthy) snack then do it!…

I hate the gym - i love classes but i understand you dont always have the time - i do a lot of classes which are on youtube in the comfort of my own front room! It might just be one of those things - stick at it as it wont last long and i am sure you will break through it and start loosing the pounds again - don't give up…

my calories are set at 1200 to loose 1 pound a week, if i want to maintain it tells me to eat 1406 - it will only ever drop to a certain level you are not going to end up with 100 calories a day! x

Its tough when your trying so hard and nothing seems to be happening! Have you thought about mixing it up a little - change your diet and eat different things for a change? have porridge instead of yogurt and fruit etc? also instead of hitting the treadmill try a fitness class instead? I have lost 14 pounds so far and my calories have not been reduced - i get 1200 a day so i suppose you are not meant to go under that anyway - i think they will probs reduce it until its gets to 1200 then stop! Hope that helps! x

Oh sweetheart its your journey and nobody elses, you need to do it all at your own pace and if that means a pound a week then thats what you do. Your moving in the right direction so who cares if it takes 6 month or if it tskes 3 years.c

Hi I think we can really motivate each other - I need you to get me doing more excersize because I dont do any - also I make my lunch and dinner from scratch everyday and I never eat pre-made or processed food really so hopefully I can help you with your diet. Xxx

I just wanted somewhere i could talk about weight loss with people - it doesnt matter to me how much somebody has to loose we are all in the same boat - i didnt want to bore my actual friends with my constant calorie counting/ weight loss ramblings!!! :-)

Yeah i do too - its like a milestone has been hit - when your no longer in a certain bracket! - i have 2 pounds to go until i leave the "140's" and will be entering the "130's" - i am so excited about it!!!! x

I am 5'4 so as long as my fella is taller then me when i wear heels thats fine with me - i think its a ladies thing for your fella to be taller then you - as i am a titch its never an issue! :-)

As wickedpixi says its really hard to judge as it is all about fitness, I weigh 145 pounds but I am so unfit- when I run on a treadmill for 20mins I only burn about 200 cals- I think not as I am almost dead after 20 mins so I pressume this calorie loss is for some.kind of fit person!!
