i didnt even realize i was only eating around that now im eating around 1200 that myfitnesspal recommends for me. protein yes usually I go over on protein every day.. this is what yesterday looks like cals 1210 carb 135 fat 48 pro 63

I was stuck for about 3 weeks , I started eating more ( because I wasnt eating 1200 a day) and changed my workouts up now two to three days a week I do cardio in the morning and at night, the fist week I broke through and lost 2 lbs
