I do from when I wake up to when I go to bed Yesterday I got up around 8a.m and went out last night so i got home about 2 a.m All the drinks and food I had while out I posted to yesterday, then started fresh this morning when I got up.

make a big batch of fruit smoothies, put them in ice cube trays or plastic baggies, then you can pop a few cubes into a travel cup, throw in a splash of milk. itll melt and turn into a yummy shake he can sip on, give him a baggie of granola or trail mix too.

I stay home with my 2 little boys. I eat dinner leftovers, yogurt with granola and some fruit, deli meat on salads or as a wrap/sandwich, egg white or egg beaters with veggies and some cheese. Pizza, use a wrap and bake it till it gets a bit crisp, then top with veggies , sauce, and some cheese, bake to melt cheese YUM!…

I took over all cooking and shopping. If hubby would cook something special as a nice sweet gesture then I would have it, in small portions and fill literally 1/2 my plate with veggies or salad. I think that is an easy and reasonable equation. Especially considering that most people who do her videos probably arent using a site that calculates your burn for you like MFP, and as others have said MFP is often way off on their estimates.

Ive lost nearly 80 lbs and cup size has not changed, band has gone down but its pretty damn difficult to fine a 34 with big enough cups, so I stick with my old 38DD's, I also avoid running, and double up on bras for exercise. I am breastfeeding still though so not sure if that makes a difference

I use the blackberry app to track when I am not at home, or near a computer... It allows you to track, and weigh in but you cannot access any of the social aspects or see any updates/posts.
