I only log my weigh in once a week on thursdays, I log it if its a loss of any kind, and if it is the same or a gain, I usally weigh again the next day then will log it.

I get in as much activity( and dont eat back my exercise cals) the day before and day of, then eat light all day and have a good dinner before hand, drink what I feel like ( I never have more that 3 ever anyway), and pound some water that night and next day> JUst dont stress, go out and enjoy your bday

I think its fine once in a while especially with lots of water however my concern is that if you eat as healthy as you say it may upset your stomach due to the artificial sweeteners. But some water first and water shortly after should be fine to flush it out quickly enough. I say try it .

So far for me sugar has not made a difference in my weight loss. Im 5'5 , 22 yrs, and have a goal of 1596 calories per day, plus 500 added for breastfeeding. I was eating 1800 per day with 500 for BFing but since loosing quite a bit, I had to adjust my BMR. I agree super low calorie diets are dangerous and stupid. I want to be healthy not skinny.

mine didnt fit after both my pregnancies I gained like 60 the first pregnancy and 40 the second, dont get it resized, they will go down naturally over a few weeks, and then use here to loose more and itll go down. Mine now 4 months after having baby is too BIG!
