Hi, Good luck with your goal. When starting my weight loss journey last year I was on 1200 calories for 2 weeks. That was really hard for me but kick started my weight loss. I gradually increased in exercise and calorie intake until the amount I am on now.

Hi, I am on day 12 and loving every minute of it Already lost 1.5 inches around my waist and lost 5.5lbs Its very challenging and intense. At times my heart rate does hit its max from time to time. Good luck with it :)

If we go back to the 80s - then Jet Set Willy, Manic Miner etc for the ZX Spectrum Mortal Kombat was a good fighting game RPG's - the final fantasy ones. A few others for the playstation was called Dark Cloud.

Didn't like Eccleston and Piper at first. Piper grew on me......Eccleston was too cheesy......Loved Tennant......loved all the assistants.....did not know who Matt was when he was revealed had to google him.....he was a good Doctor too. I always say 'hi' or raise my hand. Its the polite thing to do.....If they choose not to response then so be it. When running pass/overtaking fellow runners too, I tend to acknowledge them by raising my hand too

HI, I have been using the Primal diet over the past two weeks. At first I was wary about it but now I think its great I only take in around 25% of my intake in carbs. I have cut back on all bread, rice nad pasta.

Hi I go more old school When interval training - listen to songs from the likes of Metallica, Iron Maiden, Megadeth etc When doing distance runs - bands from the soft rock era like Bon Jovi, Warrant, Bad English, Meat Loaf and so on. I dont have a set playlist tend to just hit shuffle from their albums.
