I have been on MFP since May and am half way to my goal....i would love to be a buddy! Lately I am feeling less motivated and need some boost too! Send me a requst! I am forty this next month and diabetic and am really trying to get myself in shape and lose weight to be alot healthier.

MFP allowed me 1800cal, but I revised mine to 1300, I don't really get hungary because I eat every 2-3 hours. Because I'm diabetic I watch my sugar intake and I just make sure my snacks are portable and under 150cal ea. It seems to be working for me.

I am diabetic and I like the south beach protein fit bars for a snack, I've tried teh chocolate and peanut butter. 140cal and 7g of sugar. I love the Jello sugar free pudding, I get decatent chocolate, chocolate mint and I also love the caramel creme. This takes care of my sweet needs.

I took myself off of my metformin about two weeks ago to see what my sugars would be like now that I am working out and watching my foods and I am in a good range without the meds. I'm eating 5-6 times a day and cutting alot of sugars out.
