I tend to stick ham or turkey and cheese and guacamole into a whole wheat low carb tortilla and go. You can add things you like of course. : )

I also don't deprive myself of anything. I cook whatever we're having, measure out a serving, and eat it. I don't make mine differently my whole family gets what I do. Okay well I did the race for the cure and even with a 10 minute traffic stop (thanks to a firefighter changing shirts) and jogging while my partner took a potty break I finished in 1 hour and 10 mins. Sad but I could not go faster for all the other 45000 women on a 3 mile stretch.

I have really high arches. I just bought a pair of Reeboks because they were all I could find with enough arch support that didn't give. I spent 59 dollars at ShoeShow. I will be wearing them in a 5k next weekend. So If they do as well as they have training I'd recommend them
