I get that sleepy in the afternoon thing too, have you had your iron checked, as mine is often low? I find mints, as odd as that sounds, can help, strong sugar free ones. If you find the answer please let me know :yawn:

My scales do that sometimes, i have to be careful to stand the same way, ie feet in same position, electronic scales can be a bit sensitive at times.

Those sort of things are really common at your age, just ride the wave and she'll be your best friend again before you know it.

I would keep away from dried fruit, juice, even too much fresh fruit....keep to nuts(not salted), lite crackers with lite swipe of peanut butter (a low in sugar one) or hummus, a banana a day should be ok, loads of fresh vegies, you can chop these up and take to school with you. I think the comment about making notes on your "bad" days is a really good idea. We need to learn WHY we over eat even though we don't really want to, and it is NOT easy so don't be too hard on yourself ok? we have ALL been there.
