Just remember it isn't just fat people who get treated this way, I have two red haired nephews at high school who are both gorgeous and they get teased relentlessly. One is better at handling it than the other. "Original, I haven't heard that before" "God that is so hilarious, cough cough, no actually it isn't loser" It is…

I have a similar addiction, it also hits me at work, I can eat a whole bag of sweets and literally start shaking form the overdose of sugar, feel like crap and still do it again. It IS an addiction, and it is striking you when you are weak. Can you make a work out plan that leads to a treat of a donut. and if you fall back…

I make myself "rules" before I let myself down, lol. Are there stairs near you? At work if I want to binge, I make myself walk up and down stairs a few times, then I am too proud of myself to let myself down to eat too much. Or have a book of sexy pictures of guys and imagine meeting them with your mouth full of cake and…

If you quit you definitely will not lose any more weight, if you keep at it and be patient, you will....but it is YOUR choice

yes I'd agree 80 calories isn't too bad, you can't eat anything that won't have any carb, protein or fat at all. If I had to add something, I would go with a protein snack, maybe a hard boiled egg or something like that.
-
so how many calories all up would that have?

Congratulations on your NSV :flowerforyou:

You won't gain 10 pounds overnight, that would happen if you did this every day, I would have a good think about why you were craving chocolate, were you bored, unhappy, stressed etc? And put in place some strategies for next time, like maybe no chocolate in the house! Don't panic though all is NOT lost, just start again!

Good luck, many of us here has failed and picked ourselves up again, add me if you like.

I think because you are so young your skin will recover a bit in time, some hints from someone who is 48 and lost weight, gained weight all her life, don't keep doing it, try your hardest to keep this weight off, no smoking, no direct sun on your face, and look after your skin every night without fail, your older self will…

I think you should be, plus maybe half your exercise calories, but if you are exercising, you must eat your 1200. What sort of things do you like, could you make a fruit smoothie, or a cheese you like? A dip with your vegetables? Baked beans is another high protein thing that is good to add a few healthy calories. When is…

Happy to be friends if you like...I agree with your philosophy, the changes should be for life!

It is hard isn't it, I think we are all the same too, you always seem to want to go crazy and eat and eat. Just know you are not alone, and remember the food feels good for a lot shorter time than feeling healthy and being at a healthy weight does.
-
I agree, it is a matter of setting yourself up with something you can stick to long term. As long as you are good like 90% of the time, that is great. You should have the odd blow out, as long as it is not too crazy, but even if it is just get back on the horse again. persistence will win out. I agree with the above…
