BEANS! & fake chicken nuggets (I'm addicted). Also a lot of cereals have protein now, combine that with some soy milk and you're set! I'm a member of the group Happy Herbivores on here, you should join it. There's always someone asking about protein on there, plus good recipes and general veggie chat.

The only time I've taken them was during lady time because I felt huge. They're a temporary solution and you won't lose real weight. Just make sure you're drinking enough water and watch your sodium and you won't need to take them.

23 year old college senior graduating next year with my Bachelor's in Business Management! I was never an athlete however. I work 40+ hours a week and go to school full-time and just try to stay in shape as well as I can. :) Trying to balance everything is crazy stressful but gotta make time for my health.

Yeah, I second Greenrun. Insanity is a LOT of cardio, it isn't going to make your thighs big. If you're in decent shape, give it another shot. You do need to make sure you're eating enough but of course, like you said, if you're overeating it won't matter what workout you do.

I used the basics of this just now and it's so good - thanks for posting! I used 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup pumpkin 3 packets sweetener crushed ice and a dash of cinnamon 70 cals :)

I buy the zero calorie coffee syrups instead of creamer. Yeah, they're full of chemicals and I shouldn't but I very rarely drink coffee anyways so on the rare occasion that I do, I don't mind using fake stuff in return for no additional calories. I like the classic hazelnut flavor by torani best. :)

All of this. I used to drink soy milk but switched because I eat lots of soy already and didn't want to consume too much. So I'm agreeing with everyone who said unsweetened almond milk is the way to go! I don't think it has any sugar whatsoever and maybe a gram of carbs per cup.

Yeah, I think logging things like cleaning and walking dogs or whatever just sets you up for failure. MFP overestimates calories burned anyway so if you log every little physical activity you do, plus eat those 'exercise calories' back, you're not going to lose, and you may even gain. I personally only log what I set out…

Some of their songs are guilty pleasures for workout music just cause they're so dang catchy but I hate what 'musicians' in general these days are doing to music. It's all electronic, over-edited, and recycled. Catchy, yes, but good? Idk about that. Maybe I'm just missing the good stuff somewhere, who knows.
