Just made this and it's pretty good. Feel free to play with it, though. :happy:
1 C milk of your choice (I used a coconut/almond blend)
1/2 C canned pumpkin
1 T vanilla protein powder
1 T molasses
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
I'm thinking maybe vanilla soy milk would make this better...hmmm...
ETA: this version comes out to 213 calories

Sounds better than the one I made last week… I used a fresh pumpkin… not to yummy… hehehe0

Yeah I would use vanilla almond milk! I use it all of the time in my smoothies and it is yummy!0

I think I would use Silk Almond Dark Chocolate milk in it0

1/2 cup pumpkin
3 packets sweetener
crushed ice
and a dash of cinnamon
