Pumpkin smoothie

Just made this and it's pretty good. Feel free to play with it, though. :happy:

1 C milk of your choice (I used a coconut/almond blend)
1/2 C canned pumpkin
1 T vanilla protein powder
1 T molasses
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


I'm thinking maybe vanilla soy milk would make this better...hmmm...

ETA: this version comes out to 213 calories
