ugh i hear ya... it's been warmer than normal here in idaho but the weather people are saying it's going to start cooling off and i'm dreading it. i do jillian michaels dvds and i have a treadmill and elliptical in the garage.

i never buy produce or meat from wal mart... the quality isn't as good as the other stores in our area... if you have a safeway or a local chain i would go there.

after i finished the first 30 days i started doing level 1 mondays level 2 wednesdays and level 3 fridays and running 3 other days... it's starting to feel pretty easy (although i still sweat a lot) but i'm thinking about trying her ripped in 30 dvd

i get the dove dark chocolates... they are in a red bag... i think they are called silky promises or something like that... they are so good and i only eat one or two and just take tiny bites and suck on them and they satisfy my chocolate needs :)

Last night was my first day of the last week and i'm shocked i have made it this far... don't give up because you can do it!! especially with your great attitude :)

i'm starting the last week of c25k tomorrow! before i started i could barely run a lap around the track! i highly recommend it... i used to absolutely hate running and now i don't mind it as much

i hate running on the treadmill and i used to hate running in general... could barely run a lap around the track... sunday i'm starting my last week of c25k and now i'm motivated to keep going farther and farther... it isn't easy, but it is easiER!

last night i made swai fish (white unfishy fish). spread olive oil on the baking dish then sprinkled johnnys seasonal salt on the dish and the fish then sprinkled a little pepper and parmesan cheese and baked for 30 minutes and made steamed veggies and salad. the fish is only 70 calories per serving

i am on week 6 and i can't believe how much it has helped me.... i was really skeptical because i absolutely hate running. I ran 2 miles last week and it was the best feeling in the world to accomplish that! I think you should definitely try it!

mine gave me about 100 more calories by putting in lose 1 lb a week but on mfp i have it set at 1/2 lb a week so it would probably say even more if it had that option

wow this is great! i have a question for you though... when you when up to 1500 calories for your last 5 pounds did that work? i need to lose 4 or 5 more to get to my goal and i've been eating 1350 plus my exercise calories and i've been stuck for months!
