i use 5 lb weights. you can keep holding the weights when you do the cardio also. ripped in 30 is definitely more of a challenge

i'm starting the 24 day challenge and today is my first day.... please tell me the fiber drink is not going to kill me lol that is the nastiest thing i've ever done!

i did 30 day shred i think two times in a row then i got ripped in 30 and did that once. now i rotate through both doing that 3 times a week and running 3 times a week. after i get done with level 4 of ripped in 30 i'm always excited to start over again with level 1 of 30 day shred :)

1. i agree with eating more protein and also drink more water 2. you could buy jillian michaels 30 day shred or ripped in 30 and use the 5 lb dumb bells (i actually started using soup cans, then 3 lb weights now i used 5 lb) they are about $10 at wal mart 3. look up couch to 5k.... it will get you running 3.1 miles in 8…

i tried and i don't think it really worked, but it also can't hurt. might as well try it because it will force you to drink lots of water which is always good :)

I usually have 1 or 2 pieces of dove dark chocolate around 3 at work and after dinner lately i've been having a schwan's strawberry popsicle... only 40 calories :)

i did it 30 days straight (each level 10 days) now i do it 3 days a week (each level one day) and run 3 days and one rest day... i didn't lose pounds doing it, but i'm much stronger from it and definitely can see a difference... it's a GREAT workout, i'm thinking i'm going to do her ripped in 30 next

i do the same... 3 days of cardio in between 3 of circuit training with one rest day...but i also dont think it's a bad idea because there are plenty of programs that encourage you to do them almost every day (30 day shred, ripped in 30, insanity etc)

If it's sore muscles, you should push through it in my opinion... if you are physically hurt then you should rest.

DO ITTTT!!!! it's amazing. and only about 25 minutes total! and only like $9. i would recommend that over any other workout dvd... i think i'm going to try jillians ripped in 30 dvd next though

we had breakfast and lunch potlucks today at work and its only 215 here also.... so i feel your pain... i guess just exercise and move on and do better tomorrow? :)

i am doing this now too... but i did 30 days straight first. i did 10 of level 1, 10 of level 2 then 10 of level 3. now monday i do level 1 wednesday level 2 and friday level 3 and run the other days.
