If i'm craving chocolate I will usually have a blue bunny fudge bar. One bar is only 35 calories, so I don't feel guilty eating it. I also found a recipe for Jamie Eason's chocolate protein bars. They taste like brownies and are under 100 calories for two bars.

I usually have scrambled eggs (1 whole egg, 2 egg whites) with wheat toast or a bagel thin. Sometimes I will have oatmeal mixed with frozen, sugar free berries. If I am in a hurry I make wheat toast with peanut butter.

I also work nights 7pm-7am as an RN at a busy hospital. I try to eat a meal with a lot of protein right before i leave for work. Usually I'm pretty busy for the beginning of my shift so I usually eat around 2am. Most shifts I have either a kashi bar and fruit, special K cereal, or oatmeal. I try to drink water through my…
