Hi, I'm also 5'10 and when I'm at about 153 or 154 I wear a size 10. WhenI started MFP I was 162 and I wore a size 12. Now I'm at 147 and I can just now fit into a 7/8.0

38/40 to 32.
shirts from xxl to s/m0 -
I started out as a size 32 (UK) and now i'm a size 10 (UK). Still find it really weird that I can get into such a small size after being so big for over 15 years
K x0 -
I love this post! I have no idea what size I am. I peaked close to 250 at 5'6" and squeezed into 1Xs that were very baggy. I was probably a 2x..wore mens XXL sweatshirts comfortably. I weigh about 197 now and wear large shirts now most of the time; sometimes a medium. Bottom is taking a little long; I am probably a 14. I say probably because I apparently still think I am larger than I am; I automatically pick up XLs and are surprised when then are too big. Does anyone else experience this?0

Last summer I bought myself 9 size shorts. This summer I bought 5's0
-
I was a size 12 pants at 173, 5'3"
and now I'm a 6-7-8 depending on brand at 151 pounds0 -
I've gone from a very snug size 14 (195 lbs) to a size 6 (132 lbs). :happy:0
-
I am down from a 3x and 2x tops to regular xlarge and some even just large. No idea about pants back in my heavier days because when I couldn't get an 18 over my thighs I wouldn't even try bigger and lived in leggings. Now I can get into 14 short ( I am 5ft tall) and they are big on my thighs and a little big on my stomach. I am hoping 12's are in my future and then down more sizes.0

I actually am not sure. I haven't bought any new clothes lately. I'm still wearing my old ones but they are way too big. Making good use of my belts. lol
I'm 5'5"
I was 193.
I'm now 167
Wore between a 14 and 16
My size 13 jeans and skirts are too big and feel like they are gonna fall off so I think I've lost at least 2 sizes0 -
So far I've gone from 269 (size 24) to 199 (size 14) - so, about 5 sizes down.0
-
5'6" 234 lbs
18 pants
XL mens shirts, probably 3xl in womens, but I only bought mens/unisex
currently 173 lbs
12 pants
XL womens tops (ugh for wide shoulders/large ribcage)0 -
I'm also 5'10.
I started at 230 lbs, size 16.
Now at 180 ish, I'm a size 10.
I hold ALL my weight around my middle.0 -
I'm 5'1 and have gone from a snug size 8 to a comfy size 0
140 - 110
So...about 4.5 sizes0 -
I'm 5'4" at my highest weight a couple months ago I was 212lbs and probably wore a size 20; I say probably because I didn't actually own any clothes that fit me, but could squeeze myself into the size 17/18's I do have but was not at all comfortable in them. My current weight is 192lbs and I'm in size 14's and can even get some of my size 12's on, but they aren't quite ready to be worn yet. So 20lbs brought me down about 3 sizes0

What got me was that my 2X were getting tight l and I had to buy 3X's and my first (and only pair) of size 18 jeans. I started MFP Jan 10 (but had already lost 7 lbs - I've actually lost 35 and my ticker is 28. I'm now wearing XL tops (not in Juniors yet, though). I just bought 3 new pair of jeans & they are 12's; it's still too cold to wear shorts here, but I tried on my size 15 and 17 juniors shorts and they are too big so I'm definitely excited to go shorts shopping!!! My feet have even gone from an 8.5 or 9 to a solid 8. 5'1" and currently 170.0

Went from a size 3 to a size 0.0

Sorry I don't know what my dress size is cuz I'm a guy :-)
I'm 5'8" and went from: 197 lbs, L shirts, and 35x30 pants
to 154 lbs, M shirts, and 31x32 pants.
Cool that I lost 4 inches off my waist and kinda weird that I need pants 2 inches longer!
I swear my diet didn't cause me to grow taller...must just be where the "waist" of my jeans fits me without my belly pushing them too low.0 -
I've gone from a 10 to a 4/6. I literally ($$$) can't afford to lose any more weight, I have nothing that fits!0
-
163 --> 137ish
12/14 to a solid 10, sometimes a more roomy 8 (I'm getting there!)
same to the nothing that fits. I'm waiting until I hit a solid 8 before I got clothes shopping again. I've borrowed from my sisters for the interim, but my own stuff is just starting to look strange0 -
Clothes Sizes:
Used to wear 54 inch jeans and trousers from specialist stores.
NOW 31 inch waist, but jeans are all between 30 and 33 inch waist, some of them are starting to be too big yet again. LOL
Used to wear XXX to XXXXL shirts and other tops
NOW tops are mostly S or M0 -
Bottoms: Size 22 to a 12 - almost a 10!
Tops: Size 2x to medium0 -
I honestly don't know. I can fit into both size 7 and size 9 jeans. I'm still wearing the same size shirts, ladies M or L. All I can say is, I fit into my old clothes a lot better than I used to.0
-
Started in a 24/26 women and a 3X plus size top
Currently wear size 12/14 in pants and a large top! I've even found some mediums! wahoo! I guess that would be 10-12 sizes lost!0 -
I went from a 26 to 20, but I'm almost in a 18... goal size is 80
-
Before I started I was in 22/24 plus size clothing for pants and basically shirts now I am 16/18 Misses pants and XL misses tops :0) Loving it0
