thanks everyone for you comments and help, im not sure about protein ect, i dont really know what i should be eating to higher this, what processed foods shall i change.? the water i drink 2L, im in heart failure and suffer bad water retention and on high water tablets. i been advised to only drink a litre a day.

thanks for the information im burning roughly 500 to 700 daily. i never have eaten my excerise calories is this bad? , mines set at doing no exercise as at the beginning i wasnt doing any exercise.
