thanks for the reply with your advise, i love pasta, pots and and meat so i just thought it may suit me quite well, well done on your weight loss thats fab. i have tried slimming world be4 but couldnt get my head around it. i think i understand it more now though. i have lost 25 lb on mfp so i must be doing something right…

Hiya, hope yoour well. i want to start weight watchers and also come on here, im trying to do weight watchers at home and fnd out how many pro points i should be on. Its hard for me to get the groups. u dont know how you work it out do you? have you done ww befor and how did you get on?

drinking to much water can be dangerous, For some of us im on water tablets and i am only allowed to drink 1 liter of fluids a day. that includes tea, milk water from soups. what happens is my body retains it,,it then becomes on my lungs and i go it to heart failure because i have a serious heart condition, i am then…

what foods would you suggest to eat that has low sugar and low calories, no fish i dont like it.

im eating lots of veg and a little less fruit that i used to. i eat meats, cheese, high protein foods, and try to aim for lower carbs.

im also a stay at home mum, to a 6 year old girl. im also unable to work due to health reasons so e a long time till i return to work. x

im with you on this on, i feel its so much effort. i must admit i do it but dont enjoy it. i do very light exercises doctors orders due to my poor health. i feel great after i done the exercise though. x

hello, im on 1200 can have a peep at my diary's if you like, very simple diary as i have a fussy daughter. i need help too i always stay within in my 1200 but im not loosing for the last week. i just eat small portions. and snack on fruit i dont find it hard though sometimes.
