Hi, I've been using my calorie pal for about 5 days.
I'm meant to have 1200 cals per day but am consistantly going over that.
Rarely a day goes by when I don't exercise, so I'm ok on that point.
But I eat out of boredom - and my diet is really shameful. Too much sugar and too much fat.
I think/ hope it might help to have a friend on here to make me accountable.
I am trying to lose 7kgs in time for bikini season. I would be so happy if I could achieve that.

Hi! I tend to do the same exact thing. I get 1400 something calories a day and I keep going over too :-/ I never realized just how many calories I would eat in a day! Good luck, you can do it! :flowerforyou:0

Also - you could always slowly change your diet - doing everything at once can be really hard to stick to! Try cutting back on fat (not all of it but being more careful about it) first and then look at your sugar intake.

If you exercise, you should eat back the calories burnt, so your net calories are at least 1200. I eat out of boredom too, but this site really makes you accountable especially if you make your diary public. Nobody here will actively criticise but will advise accordingly.

I always go over 1200 too! But I don't go over 1300 and also I'll add cardio exercise to my diary too!0

Hi - a tip - make your food diary visible to all! I do and it helps make me feel accountable (btw up your calories if you always go over and see if you still loose weight - its disheartening to never achieve your goal)0

Hi, feel free to add me too, my Day 26 and also finding it quite hard, god knows how many cals I used to eat, dread to think....I'm ALAWAYS hungry but next week going to up my protein, I'm just having too many carbs x0

hello, im on 1200 can have a peep at my diary's if you like, very simple diary as i have a fussy daughter. i need help too i always stay within in my 1200 but im not loosing for the last week. i just eat small portions. and snack on fruit i dont find it hard though sometimes.0
