hello
a question for you all i have been on the mfp for about 6 weeks, i love it. i have lost 10 pounds altogether. im just wondering if anyone could take a look at my food diary and tell me what i could do better. eat more of, less of, or maybe not eat certain things thats on there.

Well done, losing 10lb in 6 weeks is incredible!
Just had a look at your diary - if anything, you could eat a bit more! You seem to do a lot of exercise, so you definitely have plenty of wiggle room for more snacks. Also make sure you do get enough water every day, as I've found that really helps.

I would say drink more water, try to eat your protein up. There are days where you are 20-30 short on your protein. Find something you like such as peanut butter, greek yogurt, lower sodium lunch meat, etc. to help increase the protein.
If you wanted to, you could always make an effort to reduce your processed food intake and eat more natural or less processed foods in your diet.0 -
Eat more all together. leaving such a huge deficit everyday can counteract your weight loss.
Your body needs calories to function properly, depriving it of enough calories will only make things worse.0 -
Well done on the impressive weight loss incredible work & dedication
i had a look at your diary and would agree with what others have said. A lot of the time you're having 'low-fat' options..you could up the calories by just switching to regular products

Wow! Congratulations on the wonderful results! However, it does not seem like you're eating enough. You want to net AT LEAST 1200 calories a day to maximize weight loss, because without proper fuel your body will not be able to work efficiently. Other than that, well done!0

thanks everyone for you comments and help, im not sure about protein ect, i dont really know what i should be eating to higher this, what processed foods shall i change.?
the water i drink 2L, im in heart failure and suffer bad water retention and on high water tablets. i been advised to only drink a litre a day.0 -
thanks for your advise do you have any suggestions on what i can eat to higher my protein? and what i can eat to change the processed food?
