hi there new to this site, my name is kirsty i have 4 children ages are 1,4,5 and 7 suffer from bad back hips and pelvis since i was 16 so have very limited amount of exercise i can do and i would love to lose the baby weight finally especially as im getting married next year and i have the dress!! have no idea what to write really im just fed up of diet after diet and having little sucess i also have a very bad sweet tooth and find it more difficult being told no you cant have that id rather have the option to have it and then not- if that makes sense. anyway feel free to add me looking for lots of motivation and advice and tips to help me get fit healthy and in that gown!

    Hi hun, Welcome this is where your life changing journey begins.I too am a mum of four 8,6,3 and 4 months.

    It's a brilliant site and app. I have made some amazing friends who have helped me and supported me. Not everyday has been a breeze, and if you ever have them days, talk to people.

    Welcome to mfp you have come to the right place as you choose what you want to eat and what you dont want to eat whether thats chocolate, fruit,vegtables. You can have what ever you like in moderation. I been on here 6 weeks roughly and i lost 10 pounds. Not much exercise as i cant exercise much like you. Some weeks better than others.
