This one depends on where I am buying my clothes. From Lane Bryant I am wearing a 22 right now. I'm 5'8" and 310-315. These were really tight when I was 325. I also have a pair of 24. From Target, I am always buying 24 size whatever they have. So height and where you buy your pants are a big factor.
