  • I want in ....I have been slacking lately, because of school but I am coming up on alot events in my life that I want to be in shape for, I have been in the weight loss game for quite some time and shown some results for myself but not a whole lot since being on MFP.

    SW: 167lbs GW: 135lbs
    Goals: ~ To workout Everyday a Minimum 1hr -a Maximum 3hrs. ( I know it sounds like a lot, but that's how I like to workout when I'm trying to lose weight.)
    ~ Food Intake Goal: Try super hard to stay @ 1200 or a little below some days! Protein, Veggies, Daily Multivitamin, & My normal Beverage Water (I'm a Mermaid I can't live without it !) :bigsmile:

    This is going to be fun!!!!

    up early this wonderful Sunday morning to get in my workout...day 27 of CLE burn circuit 1, three more days then moving on to the push phase...keep pushing play ladies..
