    Hi, I'm Shica!
    My current Goal is to get back down to my normal weight range and toned 125-135lbs
    I want my measurements to be 36-26/27-40
    I'm 5'6.5" My current measurements are 36-32-44, Current weight is 167lbs.
    I've already lost 38 since I had My last baby!

    My workout goal is to work out at least an hour everyday, but I love too workout 2hr a day and 3hr if I can squeeze it into my crazy day!

    Hey Everyone! My name is Tosha!:heart:

    My weight before my fitness pal was 263! since then i have been doing things here and there and managed to get my weight down to 250. So, now I've been having trouble getting below 240. I bounce around between 240 and 238.

    My CW: 239.8
    My GW:190!
    Age:23

    Plan: To work out at least 5 days a weak while maintaining a diet that consist high protein and more vegetables (yuck!) but I will also challenge myself to find recipes that incorporate more vegetables. I will also drink more water!

    WOW, this seems like a REAL challenge....lots to keep track of. This might be what I need to really kick things up a notch. I'm in!!!

    As far as my fitness goes, I've been working out 6 days a week. I do 60 minutes on the elliptical, 30 DS and I recently finished C25K and can run *almost* 3 miles a day w/out stopping...lol! Still working on it. I'm trying to increase my run time to 45 minutes.....yikes!!! Not sure if I can but I will try. I kinda slacked off last week, felt really run down so I only ran 3 of the six days. I think this challenge will help me find my dwindling motivation.
