I got to goal and am 5 feet tall. When I'm all dressed up and made up I'd say I have a Halle Berry body.

I lost 48 lbs and went from a 12 to a 4. So 10 lbs sounds about right.

Try Calorie King.com it has foods from every U.S. restaurant listed, but it may be different and have your brands for your country.

Buy a calorie counter book in your country, it probably has a restaurant section.

No sugar, limit salt as much as posssible, limit fats, and carbs under 60 gms and keep moving you will lose. Stick to the green veggies (but peas are starchy) and get yourself a good calorie counter book. Get a diary or journal for 2012 and write everything you eat down and total it at the end of the day. MFP doesn't have…

Thank you for sharing this!! Great job. I've lost 38 lbs, and have about 25 to go. I'll say it's not easy, but it's so worth it. I had a paceamker implanted in March/2011, and that was enough to get me inspired to do actually do it, not just talk about it all the time. I have already gone from a size 12 to a 6!! I'm only 5…

Congrats and keep up the good work. I've lost 37 and have 20-25 to go. I am also petite at 5'0" and my goal is 115-120. at my height I don't have anywhere to hide a bulge!! I had heart surgery in March so I'm taking the exercise real slow but I'm still seeing results. Don't give up. I know somedays are hard to stay…

Good Luck to you. I've lost 31+ lbs and have about 20 to go. I'm a heart aptient and can't do heavy cardio and if I can do it anybody can. I'm over halfway there. My daughter told me I look better than I have in a long time. When people notice is great motivation not to give up. Keep going it will happen for you too.

Just dont ask someone if they are pregnant . If you're not absolutely sure you won't have to ask. I made that big blunder once!! Never again!!

 Try by making a menu for the week and then go through it and write down what you need on a list. This helps your budget and also controls impulse buying.. Don't shop when you're hungry either. If you can read you can cook and if you ever have any questions feel free to ask me. I'm 58 yrs old, cooked for a diabetic…

I have the same thing and take anti-depressants. They do take my appetite away. I think they did more at 1st, but your you will level out on them.

 I understand. I'm a newpacemaker patient at 58 and that is giving me the motivation to lose weight. I've lost 30 so far and have about that much to go. I'll get there. I've heard it said that nothing tastes as good as thin feels. I'm feeling that already and is more motivating for me. Good Luck and keep at it.

 Keep at it I'm only 5 feet tall, and you're 5' 1/2'? I got a pacemaker in March and decided I needed to be healthy and get back to my normal weight of 110-115. I got up to 170 and felt awful. I'm now at 146 and intend to keep at this. My heart just can't take carrying around the extra weight. Plus it is so fun to…

 I'm 58 and had a pacemaker put in this past March. I've lost about 30 lbs. since then, but would like to lose another 30. It seems that the older I am getting the slower the weight loss is. I wish I knew how to speed it up. I don't go to gym or do anything but exercise at home, and not real consistent with it. Any…

What about Crystal Light? Does that count?

You look really good. I need to lose about 30 lbs. I have already lost 30. I had a pacemaker put in last March and I'm only 58 yrs old. Carrying around this extra weight is just not healthy for me. I'm only 5 feet tall and now 146. would like to get to about 110-115. It seems like it's going really slow for me. I wish I…
