Thanks for all the tips! The problem I have with midol is the caffenine. I am VERY sensitive to it and feel my heart racing when I take it. I try to take one advil every 6 hours till pain is gone, but this morning I had to take 2 advils together, it is a rough day.

I am just like you except my horrible cramps last about 2 days. I found that if I exercise before my TOM I have less severe cramps? Walking an hour a day really helps me.

Have you ever had blood taken and the nurse gives you a juice pack and sweet snack? The same thing happens when you have your TOM ( in my opinion ). Instead of sweets try lots of fruits. Plus a squirt or two of whip cream is better then chocolate syrup or sugar!

Your body is reacting to the sweetner, the same thing happens to me with powerade zero

Play with the food track and guess whats in the food. you can always ask for a dish without something.

I disagree, if I dont eat breakfast then I tend to eat way more during the day, and they usually are not good options Im eating.

I fought my self out of bed at 7am this morning and went on a morning bike ride. For me, that was a great victory.

I am in the same boat! I just cant get full. I found though if I eat more raw fruits and veggies in the day. They tend to fill me up more then my little indulgences ( aka 100 calorie pack snacks ) Also, pickles are like 20 calories for a WHOLE one. and they fill me up!

I indulge in 100 calorie packs of shortbread crisps and/or hot cocoa :)
