  • I am so with you. I just joined a group here at work that is putting in $5 each week when we weigh in and at the end of the month whoever lost the most gets the $160. As a single mom I could SOOO use that money. And i want to run my half marathon and it's never gonna happen at this weight. It's time to take control!!!

  • From what I have been told in the past while training, that is supposed to happen. And that as long as it goes away within a few hours its not a problem. Good luck with working out. I'm with ya on trying to stop the yo-yo and make this a life change.
