I just started using Pinterest and I love it. It is so wonderful to create visual bookmarks. I'm planning a wedding right now so whenever I start in looking at fitness, I end up looking at wedding stuff :) I'll definitely check out your boards.

I left SF about 3 years ago but my favorite place to run was Golden Gate Park between Park Presidio and Ocean Beach. There are some fun little dirt paths you can find and there is nothing quite like seeing the ocean. I lived on 14th and Lincoln so GG Park was pretty much my back yard... sigh.

I take a double approach. I look for different kinds of salads for lunch every week then I grab a few different kinds of frozen vegetables at the store. I heat them and fold them into my meals wherever I can, eggs, pasta, beans, casseroles, whatever I can.

I would love to join! I'm currently 223 and my goal is to lose 8 lbs this month. I have not been losing a lot of over the past few weeks and I think a challenge is just what I need to hold myself more accountable. I eat about 1700 calories a day and work out 5-6 days a week. I'll have to post my measurements on the 1st.

I am feeling very loved this morning. I need to go grocery shopping but I was still able to scrounge up a great breakfast between the freezer, the fridge, and the pantry. My burn is visibly healing after a week of by the book wound care.
