  • Yeah, you should measure yourself as well as weigh. I have done that and there have been times I have lost nothing on the scale but when I measured I lost quite a few inches. Also,you could be building muscle. That would keep your weight where it looks the same but you are in fact gaining muscle and losing fat. that…
