I like chia seeds in my water---makes it more interesting to drink it and I drink it all every time. Without the seeds...It is hard for me to get down unless I am in the middle of a P90X workout! I like it w/ Lime as well---yum!

I just google each individual workout and the approximate burning of how many calories...I have done nothing under weights...even though I know we are buiding muscle. I just put mine down under cardio--I have read that it burns between 500-800 calories per hour of P90X depending on how hard you are pushing it! Love P90 X…
