5'4, currently around 169. Aiming for 135-140, which should put me around a UK size 8 and smaller than I've ever been!

I don't get this. They're just the same as us, they have hang ups, so why aren't they allowed to talk about it? To me, it shows that they're a real person, just the same as us, and that having hang ups is going to happen, even if the rest of the world thinks you're beautiful.

Pasta and sliced bread. I just don't feel the need for either of them anymore. I've replaced sliced bread with bread buns and sandwich thins and I just don't really want pasta in my meals unless I have a ready meal for lunch before work or something.

I saw this thread as I was waiting for League of Legends to patch since I haven't played in about a month! Aside fro LoL, I like the Fable games, Lord of the Rings Online, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Game Dev Tycoon, Settlers, Ceasar; that kind of thing.

Chest and thighs. Yay for the first, sigh at the other.

It used to be once a week on a Sunday morning.. but then my scales broke! Now I'm weighing fortnightly at my dad's on a Saturday morning and measuring myself on the weeks I can't weigh. :)

I've tried Android, iOS and BlackBerry phones. Favourite? Definitely Android, even the earlier models! I just find it so much easier to use than any of the others and the features are perfect for me. At the moment, I have a Galaxy SIII, but I've had other Galaxy phones and they're all great.

My boyfriend isn't as supportive as he could be, but I don't think he does it on purpose. He misses eating meals together, and when I feel like pigging out a bit, he lets me get on with it because he thinks it's going to make me happy. However, he is really supportive when it comes to noticing changes. He's always pointing…

From North Yorkshire! Feel free to add! :)

I used to just not log and eat whatever I felt like, but lately I've been going maybe 500 calories over maintenance. At most. And I feel better for it. Yes, I splurge, but the rest of the week makes up for it, so I'm happy with how it goes. Thankfully, I don't think I've EVER eaten 4000-5000 calories like so many people…

And yet, we're both people and manners cost nothing. I wouldn't do it as a customer either, even as an obnoxious teenager. I always knew what was rude and what was not.
-
In all fairness, it's normally company policy that the cashiers not carry on their own conversation while serving, why is it different for the customer? As a cashier, I find it rude. As a customer, I've ALWAYS thought it rude. It's just something you don't do.

I've started MFP about 6 times now. Last time I managed a 42lbs loss and put 10lb on in the 2 months I was gone, so I definitely understand! Feel free to add. :)

I need some new (supporitve) friends too!
-
Feel free to add - I could do with some more active friends!

Pizza and neapolitan or vanilla ice cream. I could just eat a tonne of them both.
-
Just barely in my 20s at 20-years-old! But feel free to add me, I could do with some more support/motivation and I'm happy to return the favour! :)

Touché. However, they appeared to be outrageously popular with the general population, so I figured it fit. :P

How has no one mentioned Twilight yet?

I wouldn't put too much stock in it. Like, I used to be a size 8-10 (UK) and I was always supposedly overweight, because I have a large chest. Obviously, if it says you're obese then you can't blow it off because of your chest size. Since this isn't the case, I'd sort of aim for mid-range BMI at the lowest (which is what…

I'm studying for my English degree, only one year left then (hopefully) go on to do my PGCE in Secondary English!

Added! :)

I don't. I was always bullied as a child as well, right up until I left college a couple of years ago. Getting those people out of your life is the biggest and best step you'll take. As for awkward silences, I'd give it a few weeks. Try saying hi in the kitchen, asking if they need anything if you're going to the shops,…

Mine are shrinking. Last time I was a UK size ten I was (I think) a 32 E/F (can't remember which!). Got bigger, went to 38G, but I'm down to a 34E, on the verge of DD. I'm slightly happy because it's easier to find bras DD or smaller, but gutted because I kind of love my boobs!

125g of low fat greek yoghurt, 100g of strawberries and 3 mini meringues. Low calorie Eton Mess. Mmm. :)
-
Holy crap; that's a big difference! Well done!

I have a thing for Yorkshire Tea, always have! Could be a Yorkshire thing. ;)

1. Name: Kirsty. 2. how much weight you have lost so far?: 38lbs (hopefully more - weigh in in the morning!) 3. How much you still want to lose, or are you maintaining?: Still want to lose at least another 18lbs, maybe 25. 4. Best single piece of advice you would give people just starting out: it gets easier. Feel 'too…

Pizza. I still budget for it, and I'm finding the broccoli pizza crusts are really helping me to eat healthier but still have what I want. Thankfully, I inherited my dad's "I adore broccoli" gene.

Hourglass. I always thought I was, but at the same time I'm prone to imagining myself the way I'd LIKE to see myself haha!
