I like to go with 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup Frozen Unsweetened Raspberries and about 4-5 drops of liquid stevia. Mash/Mix turning it into a slightly frozen treat. It works best with raspberries because they break up into the little pieces which makes it quicker to freeze up.

6oz. of plain low fat greek yogurt with 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries diced up---so good!
  • There are some awesome suggestions here. I add some raspberries and sugar free raspberry jam, dash of vanilla and a sprinkle of artificial sweetener (though trying to cut that out).

I like mine with the usual breakfast stuff too, but I also like it alongside spicy Indian lentils. It goes so well! It adds a tang that sour cream would not have.

Give it to someone else. Greek yogurt tasted sour to me, so I'm turned off.

my newest favorite way to eat it is:

    1c. plain greek yogurt
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
half a banana or 1/2 c. frozen sweet cherries, defrosted

I like plain chobani yogurt in my smoothies.
    Try this Pina Colada Smoothie:
1 medium frozen banana, 1/2 cup of chobani low fat plain yogurt, 1/2 cup canned pineaplle chunks (in their own juice), 4 ice cubes, green tea(about 3-4 ounces), 2 drops coconut extract, and 1 tbs ground faxseed.
    Yummy!!!

Mix it with 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, a tablespoon of ground flax seed meal, a tablespoon of toasted, slivered almonds, and sweetener of your choice. Oh - and a little toasted coconut!

The pudding sounds so good. All kinds of flavors you could get with puddings.
