MIxed with salsa and used for a Mexican topping or as a baked potato topping. Add garlic and spices for a salad dressing.

I love Greek Yogurt! I use it in smoothies with EAS protein drink and frozen fruit. I also make Lemon or Banana Chia Seed Muffins. We also use it in any dips to bring to parties. No one even knows the difference.

I also have used it to substitute for oil in other baking recipes.

1 container of plain greek yogurt
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 tbsp chocolate chips
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    dash of salt

Tastes like cookie dough! I've even left it in the freezer for an hour, and it comes out like frozen yogurt!

I make a pudding out of it...

Take about a tablespoon of any flavor sugar free Jello pudding mix and mix it in the yogurt (I find Fage 2% to be the creamiest) and it is a great dessert...

    Try pistachio...you're welcome.

I also sub it for anything that uses sour cream...buffalo chicken dip, topping for chili, onion dip, etc..

I like to add a sm box of sugar free Pistachio pudding to one of those big tubs of plain yogurt. Then you can add pineapple and dried coconut flakes (from the health food store, not the sugared stuff from grocery) if you want. It's the only way I like plain yogurt...

keep trying different brands. They all taste different from totally bland (fage) to tangy (cabot) to sour cream (oikos) and those are just the brands i have tried
