  • Good Morning!!!! Black Team, I'm feeling alot better today :happy: , WOW!! that was a horrible migraine:explode: that I had yesterday. I'm going to get my workourt in this afternoon after the weather cools down. It's going to be in the high 90"s today.
  • Hello everyone, I was unable to reach my goal of burning 200 calories today, due to this screaming MIGRAINE HEADACHE :sick: , but I did manage to burn 100 calories. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.

  • Hello everyone, I feel lonely out here, where is everyone at? My day is going pretty good, I dusted off my Turbo jam DVD's and did the 20 min Learn & burn :noway: Ouch!!. It was a good workout I am doing 30 min on TM this evening after church. My weight for this is a 1 lb loss, so my scale has moved I'm at 157 lbs…

  • I am doing superfantastic, I'm soo happy it is Friday :bigsmile: it's no school for me today. I'm glad to here that your DD is feeling better.
  • I go online to youtube site and type in exercise stretching, and it gives a whole list of different ones to try. Some are harder than other, or maybe I'm not as flexible yet:laugh: . I hope the site helps

  • Hello ladies, how is everyone doing today? I spent my morning in class, and my afternoon doing a 2 mile brisk walk. I'm going to do wii sports later on this evening.
  • Hello fellow teammates, today i did 2 miles of walking, 100 crunches, and later on this evening I will do 90 minutes of bikram yoga. I feel so good today:smile:

Well I had to drop my P.E class due to a conflict in my family schedule. It's ok, I went and joined the Bikram Yoga class today, I paid for 1 month unlimited use this seems to work better…

  • Hello everyone I tired but, im here, I have been up since 2:00am :yawn: :yawn:. I couldn't sleep, so I got up and started working on my home work, I got on chapter done, and all of my laundry done, :bigsmile: . I am going to go take a nap in a few minutes. I'll do my exercise once I wake up from my nap.

  • Hello everyone, today was my first day back to school. It has been a very busy day for me with three classes from 8-5ish.   • I usually workout 5-6 days a week, for 1-2 hours a day.
  • Me being bummed is because I am tired as H**, lol. Bikram Yoga is where you do yoga in a room that is 105 degrees, the heat prevents alot of injuries to your joints. After the sessions my clothes are completely drenched in sweat.
