I just wanted to see how everybodies saturday was going. i've already scrubbed my carpet. Had to do it now because both kids had sleep overs last night! they always feel the need to walk on my freshly wet, scrubbed carpet. LOL

    I'm here. Already walked my dogs for 50 min. Cleaning house and cooking hamburgers for my son and friend. Ate one over a bed of lettuce instead of bread. I guess, that was better than bread.:noway: Pam

    I'm good went and cleaned mine and DH bathroom after I posted. It's amazing what you get done without the lil ones under foot. My kitchen is next!!! I'm certainly enjoying my weightloss. so how was work?

    OOHH I like them like that. Add a tomato and it's like a burger salad. I use to do it all the time when I was on Atkins.
  • Trying to get a bunch of house cleaning done. Saturday is always house cleaning day. DH is at work and the kids have their lil chores too. But, since they are gone I'm doing a more indepth cleaning than normal. I'll work out tonight on my bowflex for 30 minutes with DH. Hey, did you get your DH to work out with you yet? I'll probably put in 30 minutes on the gazelle as well. Oh, I did my stationary bike for the first time yesterday. Oh boy is that harder than I remember!!! I'd like to do a challenge with all you ladies. I always love the challenges. They give my workout a different feel to them. I saw that your ticker moved CONGRATS!!!

    I tired but, im here, I have been up since 2:00am :yawn: :yawn:. I couldn't sleep, so I got up and started working on my home work, I got on chapter done, and all of my laundry done, :bigsmile: . I am going to go take a nap in a few minutes. I'll do my exercise once I wake up from my nap.

    hey purples!!!! i am on today, but i think that i am gonna take a rest day today!!! i have been sick all week and i have pushed myself to workout everyday, but im not getting better so i am gonna rest!! maybe i will do some weights???? i just hate not working out...i feel so guilty!!!

    It sounds like you need to let your body rest. One day off is a good thing, especially since you are sick. Just take the day, no guilt needed! You work hard and so does your body. Let it heal so we can kick Red, Black and Blues booties!!!:bigsmile:

    Hey everyone how are ya'll? I am good, its amazing how unfull your basket is when going grocery shopping when you dont want all that bad food anymore......Its funny but in place of all the food I didnt buy I had to buy new clothes so i wouldnt look sloppy. Fixin to go to the mall and walk with my husband and my friend, and its freezing here and the mall is outside its like 25 degrees. Hope all is well.. Tamara

    That is great Tamara! I am the same way. I can't find anything I want at the grocery store much anymore. Can't wait til I can buy some clothes, though. Have fun!!

    i'm starting my mom and i on a vigorous vitamin routine which i'm excited about... if only there was a way to enter that into mfp

    i have been exercise lazy the past 3 days, but plan to get started on back today. i've been mostly staying in my calories except for yesterday when i binged :(

    I'm back. A lot of emotional eating. But at least here in the South, we all pitch in and help. So I was busy all day.

    I'm able to put my vitamins in here under food. I went to see if I could add it some way and it was actually already listed. I don't know what kind of vigorous routine you're starting but, it's worth a look.
