I use the body by vi and have lost 19lbs so far with very little effort, I walk and that is about it. Its a good boost to get you started on weight loss.

Is anyone having problems logging their weight on the November challenge spread sheet, I keep trying but it keeps recording May 29 instead of my weight.

Hope everyone is doing good this week.....to all my American friends enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner, everyone will do fine. We have our Thanksgiving in October here in Canada and I was able to stay within my calories and I even managed to have a small piece of apple pie. So enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't gotten in as much exercise this week as I normally do, it's getting to be that busy time of year. I'm hoping that all of the walking around shopping will make up for it. Have a good day everyone.:happy:

Well I am very happy, I not only got a new grandson last week, but I also managed to loose weight. That was a nice surprise being as I was not able to exercise at all last week. Must have been running around after a 4 and 5 year old.

Ok so this week is not going as planned, but its a good thing my duaghter gave birth today to a 3rd son for her my 4th grandson. So neeedless to say I am not at home I am taking care of her 2 other sons. I will be away from my home and routine for the remainder of the week. I am going to really try to watch the calories…

Did not hit any of my goals this weekend, spend the entire weekend painting my living room and dining room then putting it all back together. I'm sure I did get some exercise out of the deal, but eating was not good, did not get in all my meals or my snacks. Did not even get in all my water. Monday will be a new day to get…

yup, you do get used to drinking it after awhile. I gave up pop about 2 weeks ago and now all I drink is water, with lemon in it.

Did not hit any of my goals yesterday, but had a good reason. Made it through my colonoscopy (glad thats behind me). Now to get on with hitting all my goals for this month.

I put slices of lemon in my water, I've gone from drinking no water to 6-8 glasses a day.

My November Plan -walk at 15miles per week -do JM's 30DS 5 days a week -burn at least 300 cal per day -drink 8 glasses of water per day -stay within my calorie intake -loose 10 pounds :smile:

I quit smoking 4 yrs ago, what helped me was snacking on carrot sticks. I too love chocolate I would eat chocolate everyday, but since I started my weight loss journey a month ago I have not had any chocolate and I recently gave up pop also which was very hard but so far so good. Do you have a friend that can do this…

My first reward will come from my friend Janice, we have a wager going to motivate each other and I plan to win it. Then when I reach my second goal it will be a 2 piece bathing suit for my trip to Cuba in January.
