i just put in pilates for 45 minutes and then circut training for 10 minutes. and i think its pretty accurate.

Thank you guys so much! this makes me so happy to continue dieting. I haven't seen much results (its been 1 month starting back up again) and no lbs lost for me. but my skin is something i've noticed!! so thank you so much!!!! :D

summersbest thanks! :D thats awesome i didn't know there was so many different ways to drink it!!! and its good to know you can mix it with water and a spoon!! i might give it a try with almond milk? i have vanilla. from trader joes.

so i should stick with cardio to take the weight off and then work muscles then? i noticed a difference in doing jillian but that was when i did 2 weeks of 30 day shred. thank you for your advice guys! :)
