So I just started doing Cassey's videos this week (i started a bit last week but this is my first week with the diet and exercising). I've never done pilates before. and i was wondering..... should i be doing her pop pilates videos? or should i be trying to master her basic videos?

whey protein drink ?
i just bought some whey protein. and i dont know how to use it. the recipe i have says 1 scoop + water. but it doesn't say how much water, or how to mix/blend it. what is recommended? Thanks!

Soft body fat/skin ?
I haven't had much luck in loosing weight or inches. but i've noticed my stomach/back feels really soft and flabby, is that a sign of weight loss? or about to loose? what is going on?

Needs Ideas for a healthy picnic

{CYCLE 1} going over on Protein in MFP
I'm about 69 points over in protein...this diet to my knowledge is suppose to be high in protein....is this a bad thing? should i be watching this?
